Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? If you have any wool left or would like to return your purchase (with the exception of packages), return it within 14 days, you only pay the shipping costs.

The 14-day period for returns starts on the day you receive your order. During this period you have the option to return your order.

Please note:
We can only accept unopened or undamaged products in their original packaging.Odor, color and contamination acquired after it has left our warehouse can also have an impact on whether we take the product back.Crochet, knitting and yarn packages must be returned in their entirety. All products from the relevant package must be returned unused. If products from the package have been used, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

Upon arrival after return, the returns are checked and assessed.

I want to return my order, what should I do now?

  • Make sure that the products you return are in their original packaging. Don't forget to complete the returns form, which you can download via the following link and send with your order:

The shipping costs for this shipment are at your expense.

  • If you do not accept your package and/or do not collect it at the collection point, you will be charged the return costs and these costs will be passed on to you.
  • At the postal point you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package. This is also the proof of shipment. Keep your shipping receipt safe until you receive notification from us that we have received your return.
  • As soon as we have received your package, you will receive a message stating whether it has been accepted
  • Digital downloads, even if purchased in combination with packages, cannot be returned after purchase.

 

 

Please note: Unfortunately, you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.
