Webshop

Shopify

Our online store runs on Shopify software. As part of our service, we share the personal information you provide with Shopify . Shopify has access to this data to provide technical support and will not use it for any other purpose. Based on our agreement with Shopify, they are required to implement appropriate security measures, such as SSL encryption, a strict password policy, and secure data storage. Shopify may share collected data internally and with affiliated partners to further improve the service while also complying with applicable legal retention periods for personal data.

Office365

Our usual business emails are handled via Office365. This service provider has taken effective technical and organizational measures to ensure that your and our data is as well protected as possible against misuse, loss and corruption. It is important to emphasize that Office365 does not have access to our email content, and we treat all our email traffic with the highest degree of confidentiality.

Payment processors

MultiSafepay

We use the MultiSafepay platform to process payments in our online store . Various data are processed, such as your name, address, residence details, and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. To guarantee your privacy, MultiSafepay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. They reserve the right to use your data to improve their services and may share anonymized data with third parties for this purpose. Paypal

We use the PayPal platform to process payments in our online store. At PayPal, your name, address and place of residence details, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number, are processed. PayPal reserves the right to use your data to improve their services and may share (anonymized) information with third parties for this purpose. Shipping and logistics

MyParcel

If you order from us, we will ensure that your package arrives to you safely. To achieve this, we work together with MyParcel for delivery. For this purpose we share your name, address and residence details with MyParcel . They use this information exclusively for the execution of the delivery agreement. If MyParcel engages subcontractors, your data will also be shared with them.

Invoicing and accounting

Shopify

We use the services of Logic4 to maintain our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected.

External sales channels

Bol.com

We sell (some of) our items via the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order.
